ð Owners

o   Owners are liable for the impacts of the organization has and have a significant role in strategy. Owners often make substantial decisions regarding both internal and external stakeholders. They are directly involved in the process. They get the benefits in dividends.

ð Project manager

o   The nature of project work is things are always changing, which sets new challenges and targets. This is great for someone who likes to keep busy. The life cycle of projects includes the planning, executing, and closing of a project. This means there are always chances to work with new things.

ð Planner

o   Planners develop a plan through analysis of data and identification of goals for the community or the project. Planners help the community and its various groups identify their goals and form a particular vision.

ð Finance & Human resources

o   Will all benefit from the success of the project financially, as well as gaining experience. 

 

Direct:

ð Customers/clients

o   Will benefit from the end project and gain utility. 

ð Sponsors

o   Will also benefit from the public profile by participating and get positive space for marketing and commerce for a lot of people to be influenced.

ð Business partners

o    Will be useful for them to improve public profile by participating in our social project

 

Indirect:

ð Competitors

o   Competitors will benifit from the faliure. In that case they will have fewer competitors and therefore more opportunities to find a sponsor and get money.

ð Government

o   Government will benefit from businesses as there will be open positions for employees to work in. 

o   It doesn’t have to either use so much of its funds because the sponsors will do it for them.

ð Investors

o   A good-looking investment portfolio can help in getting an opportunity to fund other big projects.


Who do we collaborate with? - With charity funds/social organizations (for finding volunteers)/government

Who provides us with valuable ideas? - surroundings, volunteers and our team of workers

How can sales and marketing make a mark? - marketing can help to attract people’s attention to our organization and thereby rise number of volunteers and money donated.

Idea Generation Method

      Hello again!    This week we are going to introduce you an idea generation method. We chose the 5 W’s. The method is sometimes referred as  Five Ws and How ,  5W1H , or  Six Ws.  The picture above already tells quite well of what this is all about. But to be precise,  according to the principle of the Five Ws, a report can only be considered complete if it answers these questions starting with an  interrogative word  (= a function word used to ask questions) Answering these five W’s helps us achieve a very holistic view of the topic under discussion. And it is an efficient way to come up with solutions and ideas. For example, suppose you want to create a new product or a service.
